Below is an outline of the conference agenda. Please note, this is subject to change.

• Monday 3/2: Welcome, presentations, President’s Reception
• Tuesday 3/3: Presentations, USDVA updates, Pillars of Excellence, Light Dinner
• Wednesday 3/4: NASDVA Congressional Testimony and Capitol Hill Visit (NASDVA Members Only)

Member Registration

Members and associate members, if you need to renew your membership, please complete the NASDVA 2025-26 Membership Application BEFORE registering. If you are unsure if your membership is up to date, please contact Treasurer Lonnie Wangen.

Deadline to register for the conference and hotel is January 27, 2026. Registration fee is non-refundable after January 27, 2026. Registration fee does not include hotel stay.

NOTE:  If you are registering on behalf of someone (e.g. assistant registering a director), please use the attendee’s contact information so they receive conference information and updates.

Sponsors & Exhibitors

This conference provides an invaluable opportunity for open collaboration among members, government agencies, and businesses that have an interest in sustaining, improving, and providing benefits and services for our nation’s veterans. Join us to meet with the leaders of the veterans affairs departments at the state and territory level as well as our federal partners.

• Monday 3/2: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. President’s Reception 5:30-7:30 p.m.
• Tuesday 3/3: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Light Dinner 5:30-7:00 p.m.
• Wednesday 3/4: Teardown by 12:00 p.m. NASDVA members leave for Capitol Hill at 8:15 a.m.
