Below is an outline of the conference agenda. Please note, this is subject to change. Date/time of NASDVA’s testimony before Joint Committee on Veterans Affairs TBD.

• Sunday 3/2: EXCOM, Committee, and Business meetings; New Directors Orientation; Vendor Social @ 5:30 p.m.
• Monday 3/3: Welcome, presentations and USDVA updates, President’s Reception @ 5:30 p.m.
• Tuesday 3/4: Presentations, USDVA updates and Pentagon visit (NASDVA members only)
• Wednesday 3/5: Presentations and USDVA updates

Member Registration

If you are a member, associate member, or past member, or need to register as a non-member, please use the link below. Please note: only one attendee can be registered per form. Conference information will be sent to the email used on the registration form, so if you are registering for someone else be sure to include their email so they get updates.

Members and associate members, if you need to renew your membership, please complete the NASDVA 2024-25 Membership Application BEFORE registering. If you are unsure if your membership is up to date, please contact Treasurer Lonnie Wangen.

• Sunday 3/2:  Setup 11:00 a.m. Vendor Social 5:30-7:00 p.m.
• Monday 3/3:  8 a.m. – 5 p.m. President’s Reception 5:30-7:30 p.m.
• Tuesday 3/4:  8 a.m. – 12 p.m. (members will be at Pentagon in afternoon)
• Wednesday 3/5:  8 a.m. – 3 p.m. Teardown by 5 p.m.
